CTP SYSTEMS

Hunter Penrose can provide a number of cost effective Computer-to-plate solutions.

For commercial, web and very large format offset we offer systems produced by ECRM, Highwater and Cron.

Cron is the new really low cost CTP for thermal plates.

We offer refurbished equipment (see list) and new systems and Imposition solutions (see Farrukh page).

                            For small offset we market the Glunz & Jensen Platewriter system and the Kimoto Kimosetter

The Kodak Electra HRL plate can be set up with a 'developer rejuvenator' system to save both chemical costs and environmental waste. The system uses Goldstar developer replenisher.

KODAK THERMAL DIRECT non process plates bring the resolution and imaging accuracy of thermal, digital plates without processing. THERMAL DIRECT  plates eliminate the installation, management or maintenance of the traditional wet-chemical plate processing system. This eliminates cost, as well as a source of variability - the processor - and thus improves the overall stability of the digital platemaking process.
